I'm not sure about these children for him.
Nancy is supposed to have been born about 1856, but does not appear with Wesley on the 1860 census. John and Henry do not ever appear on a census with Wesley.
Instead, on the 1860 Wesley and Lovey have a Howell Jones age 18 living with them.
Did Wesley and Lovey adopt Howell and Nancy? Or were they just not very good about answering the census questions? Or was Howell from an earlier marriage for Lovey?
The 1850 census shows no Howell Jones age 8, and no Howell of any last name age 8 in Randolph or Guilford Co NC.
