I'm not sure if his name was really Wrichard, or if he was Lews W and changed his name when he moved away from home.
At any rate, the Levi or L W who was son of Henry has to be the same as the Richard of Greene Co TN. All the dates line up, and there isn't another Rigsby of the right age living in the right places.
