She was born between 1784 and 1790. I'm guessing it was the later part based on her parents' birth dates.
She was not married as of the 1826 settlement of her father's estate, and was not identified as a minor.
She is not listed in her mother's household on the 1830 census.

Her mother's 1841 will gives her name as Margaret Nosker (which may be some variation on Nofziger).
There were a Jacob Nofsker and a Samuel Nofsker in Huntingdon Co PA, but neither of them is the
one who married Margaret. [They lived in the part which became Blair Co, which is where Margaret's
brother Jacob lived.]
Jacob's wife is given as Margaret Ruggles 1807 d/o William Ruggles + Mary (unknown).
Sam's wife is given as Eve Schuck 1807.
There was also a John Nofsker in Westmoreland Co (between Blair and Washington). His wife was
born between 1780 and 1790. She seems to have been a Mary.

This RootsWeb entry has a Margaret "Sense" who married Heinrich Noftzger and lived in Lancaster Co PA.
However, it shows her born c1771 and died before 1797, so it can't be the right Margaret.
Interestingly, though, Heinrich's mother is given as Elizabeth Meyer.
I have three DNA matches to descendants of John Jacob Nofsker 1805 s/o Heinrich Naftzger 1764 SWI d 1823, but Heinrich's wife is given as Margaret Beschtler 1779, and there is a headstone giving her death as 1836-08-23. We have common matches with other descendants of Jacob + Margaret.
The trees of the Nofsker descendants say Heinrich married Margaret Beschtler in 1797. They have his first wife as Margaret Sense 1771 d 1796.
