wittnesses ... Porter and James A. Bright:
"To Martha Buckhannon the farm on which I now live and a servant
girl Same press & bureau. To J. C. and Jessee W. Johnson sons of
Sarah A. Johnson, deceased, I give $150 each. To Drury & Willis
Burton or their heirs, $1.00 each. The balance to be equally divided
between John Burton, Drucilla Pinson, Elizabeth Haslip and the heirs
of ... & Nancy Brite except as above specified."
Allen Co. KY Deed of Trust made 20 Aug 1856 from Cuthbert Burton
to Josiah F. Pinson of Jasper Co. MO, for his daughter Nancy Bright,
