of Wellborn, County of Suwannee,
and State of Florida, ...do
make, publish, and declare
this, my last will and
testament, in manner following
First: After the payment of all
my just debts, and funeral
expenses, I give, bequeath
and devise to my beloved
wife Eliza J Riggsbee and
her heirs, all my estate,
both personal and real
without any reservations
whatsoever.
Second: I hereby nominate and
appoint my wife, Eliza J
Riggsbee, the Executrix of
this my last will and
testament and do hereby authroize
and empower her to compound,
compromise and settle any
and all claims, or demands
which may be against
or in favor of my said estate.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this
