R20.1 Jesse Rigsby had a son Archibald, which suggests he was a brother of this Archibald. Note that bondsman for Jesse's son Jesse Jr was an Archibald Rigsby. It's kind of unlikely that would be his brother, but not too strange for it to be his uncle.
