On Ambrose Roberts' will, there is a list of nephew,nieces,grand-nephews, etc. Pencilled above each group of names is another name, presumably the parents, Ambrose's siblings. Above the group of Orem, Roy, and Olla's children is pencilled "Mary Roberts". The other female sibling names are listed with their married surname, which matches the nephews/nieces. I'm guessing that J.B. Roberts was dead before Ambrose, but the other siblings were not, and the pencilled name is the contact point for the inheritors.
The Odell name was found in many places among the genealogy files of the Zentz relatives.
Taylor County, IA census records show the ODell family. 1880 has Ollie, Oren, and Leroy as grandchildren of Clark ODell. They are shown born in IA; parents born in IL and OH.
