Was his middle name Haight or Hinton? A message on the Maries Co mail-list says Judith Crismon married James Capehart and their daughter Elizabeth married Haight Rigsby. That has to be this James H. His gravestone says Hinton, though.

Note: Possibly I have him mixed up with this James.
