He was born between 1790 and 1800, possibly in 1795.
Was he a son of James + Rebecca Moore? Or maybe John?
Probably he was a brother of James who was also in Hickman Co TN.
It seems like they should be related to Canada.

A now-expired web page gave his father's name as James, and gave John's birth date as 1795.
It suggested one possibility is James Rigsby + Cary Chappel.
Note that James who married Rebecca had a son John c1795 whom I haven't been able to track.
It seems likely that this John is related to the Wake Co NC families, since there was also a Hillman
Rigsby who lived there.
