Notes:

Somewhere I found information that made me think she was a daughter of Abraham Hite + Rebecca Van Metern; Abraham a son of immigrant Hans Jost Hite. I didn't copy down this information, though.
A couple of Hite researchers have written to say that Abraham s/o Jost had 4 sons and no daughters.
Some other references say that Catherine was a sister of Andrew Hite, but there is no proof.

Her grave says she was born 1755-07-01. It also says she was 72 when she died in 1826.
