BLM General Land Office records

I'm sure these first three are him:

Bucyrus OH land office
Wyandot Co OH, serial no OH1030_.175

Marion OH land office
Crawford Co OH, serial no OH1080_.240
1841-01-09 John Bibler 80 acres
E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of section 24, Township 3 S Range 15 E

[Note that his brother Jacob II also bought land in Crawford Co on 1841-01-09.]
[Wyandot and Crawford Cos adjoin; Bucyrus is a few miles east of the county line.]

And I think these earlier entries are also him, but they don't really agree with the census.
Seneca Co adjoins Wyandot and Crawford on the north. What I don't understand is why John is not in Seneca Co on the 1830 census. There are no Biblers in Seneca Co on the 1830 census, but there is a John Bixler and a John Bosler, neither of whose entries resembles this John.
Possibly John bought the land in Seneca, then later sold it and bought the land in Crawford to live on.

[Are the youngest two males grandchildren?]

There are two possible matches for him on the 1830 and 1820 censuses:

1830 census for Marion Co OH p135, Grand Prairie twp
John Bibler 2 M 10-15, 1 M 30-40, 1 F 5-10, 1 F 15-20, 1 F 40-50

1820 census Fairfield Co OH p179, Liberty twp

1820 census Fairfield Co OH p175, Pleasant twp
Jacob Bibbler 1 M 0-10, 1 M 10-16, 1 M 26-45, 1 M 45+, 3 F 0-10, 1 F 10-16, 1 F 26-44, 1 F 45+
[John 5, Samuel 14, John 38, Jacob 65, Mary 7, Elizabeth 10, Anna 12?, Catherine 16, Barbara 35, Catherine 65]

My John moved to Marion Co about 1830, so I think he is the one there in 1830, with his age mis-marked.
The 1820 entry for John doesn't match his family well, but the entry for his father is quite consistent with
John's family living with him.
I think the other entries are John Bibler who married Eleanor Wilson. That John was s/o Francis Bibler,
who was this John's uncle. A RootsWeb entry for him states that Francis owned land in Liberty twp.

1810 census for OH is lost except for Washington Co.
1800 and 1790 censuses for VA are lost.
