Her uncle David's will leaves money to the administrators of Louisa and her sisters Malinda and Mary, implying they are dead. So far I know Malinda did die by the time of the will, but it looks like Mary was still alive. I don't know if Louisa was alive in 1852 or not.

The 1865 state census for Sangamon Co IL has Henry Free 20-30 with wife 20-30,
and Conrad Free 30-40 with wife 30-40.
Just from the ages, Louisa is more likely to be Conrad's wife.
Henry died 1868. His widow Susan is on the 1870 census in Sangamon Co. She is shown born in Bavaria.
