In a cemetery in Peoria Co IL is a stone for "two children of William Rigsby".
The only Rigsby in Peoria Co was this William's son Lewis, who was there for the 1900 census.
It's likely the children were from this William by his second wife. He could have moved to Peoria with Lewis about 1882, where the two children were born and died, then moved back to MO around 1891. Maybe his second wife died in Peoria Co too.
