First person buried in Hindsville AR cemetery. She had tuberculosis, and not long before she died, she was walking with her husband, Andrew Smith. She became tired and they sat down to rest. Realizing that she didn't have long to live, she stated that this was the spot she wanted to be buried at. So began the private cemetery.
