The estate of her brother David Duncan in 1861 named her heirs:

5.1. Matilda Baker; her husband William Hinds was listed as an heir of Nancy Baker.

child 8. Joseph Duncan born before 1775 (age over 45 in 1820); his family was in Overton Co TN in 1820, as was his father Jeremiah Duncan. In 1820 he bought land from Levi Hinds on the Wolf River in Overton Co TN and sold it in 1821 to Jeremiah Duncan (probably his father) (Overton Co TN Deed Book E, pg. 170, 592).

Note: my Levi was the only Levi Hinds in Overton Co on the 1820 census.
