Common Pleas of Stark county Ohio I

the 26th day of September next, the following
described tract of Land, situate in said county of
Stark, and late the property of Henry Welker,
deceased; to wit -- The South half of the West
half of the South west Quarter of section eight,
in Township 17, and Range seven, -- sub
ject to the dower estate of Osee Welker, which
has been set off by metes and bounds therein.

The sale to commence at 10 o'clock A M on
said day, when the terms will be made known.

On 1837-07-18 George Zentz (husband of Henry's daughter Elizabeth), bought his sister-in-law's share
of land they inherited from Henry. The transaction describes the land as:

N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 17 Range 7, and
W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 17 Range 7, and
a 10-acre lot in SW corner of NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 17 Range 7
in Stark Co OH

That looks to me like 170 acres, but the 1/10 share George bought appears to be 10 acres.
